Bruce Kidd
Bruce Kidd is a co-founder of Concerts for a Cause. A life long music fan and Indy area resident, Bruce has spent over 30 years advising closely held companies on a variety of business issues. In April he launched the Kidd Consulting Group which is affiliated with six market leading firms providing accounting, legal, marketing, insurance and employee benefits, human resources and banking services to privately held companies.
Bruce serves on the CFAC board as chief in charge. As the president of CFAC, his 110% dedication to the organization is one of the main reasons for CFAC success, event after event. When he’s not coordinating the schedule, line up and artists for CFAC, Bruce loves watching live music and spending time with family. Bruce is married to Chris Kidd and they have three kids, five grandkids and two Italian Mastiffs.
Steve Neely
Steve is a co-founder of Concerts for a Cause. He is currently the Region President of Sysco, Michigan, and travels frequently between MI and IN to see his wife, kids and french bulldogs back in Noblesville. Born and raised in Virginia, this James Madison University grad brought his family through 5 states, making a final stop in Indiana in 2010.
When he’s not traveling or spending time on the lake, Steve has a passion for music that he shares with a local group of musicians, Just Push Play Band (pre-covid), he is a co-owner of a LLC that flips and sells Indy homes, and you can also catch him cheering on the Butler Bulldogs and brewing beer in his garage on occasion.
Megan Murphy
Megan is a Purdue University grad who has recently expanded her career into the racing industry. With a background in marketing and advertising, she’s now the Director of Digital Strategy at USAC Racing (the United States Auto Club), and oversees all tech, web, app, social and email initiatives on behalf of USAC for more than a dozen race series. Megan contributes to the CFAC board as the go-to for all social media, content creation, website work, graphic design and photography/video.
As a 2020 Indy Best and Brightest finalist, Megan serves on boards for CFAC, Today’s Champions and the American Advertising Federation (AAF). In 2021, Megan will be raising money for Meals on Wheels of Hamilton County as a dancer in the 2021 DWOS event. While she spends most of her days taking too many pictures and playing with her Golden Retriever, Frankie, Megan also has passions for Pure Barre, craft brews and live music.
Michelle Lebo
Michelle is the Director of Sales Strategy and Operations of Sysco, Mid Central Region. She has 20 years of experience working in the food and beverage industry and serves on the CFAC board as the expert in event coordination, hospitality and marketing/tech strategy.
Jillian Ashton
Jillian is a fundraiser with a heart for people and their personal stories. She brings more than 17 years of not-for-profit management experience to the CFAC board as she has worked for The American Heart Association, Community Health Network Foundation and the Indy Chamber. She's even owned her own manufacturing company for a period of time rounding out her business experience. She currently serves as the Executive Director of Indiana Canine Assistant Network, Inc; and helps people on both ends of the leash transform their lives!
Ted Sturges
Ted is a graduate of Hanover College and has been in the financial services industry for more than 35 years. He is currently a Senior Vice President and Branch Manager with Stifel Nicolaus in Indianapolis.
His hobbies include golf, live music and following his beloved Indianapolis Colts. Ted is a reading tutor with the United Way readUP program and is a member of Hope City Church in Carmel. He and his wife Cheryl have four children and reside in Carmel.
Jeff Christoffersen
Indiana University graduate and member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Jeff currently works as an information security consultant at Eli Lilly and Company. He lives in downtown Indianapolis with his wife Jeni where they can be frequently found at Indiana Repertory Theatre and Indianapolis Symphony performances, Indiana Pacers and Indiana Fever games, or seeing live music somewhere.
Nick Ioannacci
Nick is a Senior Vice President for Aon’s Health Solutions division in Indiana and Kentucky. He is a graduate of Indiana University and lives in Zionsville with his wife, two boys and Labrador Retriever. A musician himself, Nick is commonly found sitting in with local bands on guitar. When not playing, he enjoys attending concerts, cooking, and traveling.
Conrad Edwards
Conrad is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and is currently the Chief Operating Officer at The Basement, an integrated marketing and advertising agency in Indianapolis. Conrad and his wife Donna have 2 boys, one in college and one in high school. He has worked at the intersection of technology and design for over 20 years with stops at Motorola and Samsung among others, while also supporting non-profit organizations as a volunteer and board director.
Kelly Perry
Kelly Perry is a tax manager at Watermark CPA Group, working primarily with small businesses and individuals. She serves as the Treasurer for Concerts for a Cause, and is the past Treasurer of Impact 100, a collective women’s giving group, serving Not for Profits in Marion and the donut counties.
She is also on the Finance Committee of Outside the Box, an organization that works with individuals with developmental disabilities, and is a group facilitator for Brooke’s Place, an organization that provides grief support for children and young adults that have lost a loved one.
She lives in Carmel and enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, traveling, working out, trying new restaurants, and doing volunteer work.
